Lamb Law serves small businesses in Western Pennsylvania. The practice covers corporate and transactional counsel, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, succession planning, transaction tax planning, commercial financing, commercial real estate, and employment matters. My focus is identifying the legal, financial, and operational issues that affect business value, so that every engagement moves the client forward.
Mike grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. He earned a degree in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from New England Law Boston, where he developed a focus on corporate law and transactional practice.
Before founding Lamb Law, Mike served as general counsel and oversaw administrative operations for a long-time client. Previously, he was a partner and led the corporate practice group at a private law firm in Pittsburgh. That combination of in-house and outside counsel experience shapes how he approaches every engagement: practically, with an eye toward both the legal and operational realities of running a business.
Mike is a husband and father. Outside of his legal practice, he supports his community through volunteer coaching and board service.
